Dan Orlovsky’s 2008 performance for the Detroit Lions against the Minnesota Vikings is infamous for an embarrassing safety.
Orlovsky ran out of the back of his own end zone, giving the Vikings two points.
The Lions went on to lose 12-10, and the game became symbolic of their winless 0-16 season.
Orlovsky completed 12 of 21 passes for 150 yards and no touchdowns.
His safety remains one of the most memorable blunders in NFL history.
Despite this, Orlovsky later found a career as a football analyst.
