De'Anthony Melton's three with 3:47 left put Golden State up 106-94. The Warriors did not make another field goal. Nine misses, a 17-0 Memphis run, and Cameron Boozer's jumper with 20 seconds left. The Grizzlies won 111-108. Boozer finished with 25 points and 13 rebounds. A 12-point lead inside four minutes is supposed to be the end of the night. Friday it was the start of the collapse.

Ty Jerome scored 28, two nights after a career-high 45 in a win over Utah. His three with 1:24 left made it 106-105. Zach Edey blocked a Stephen Curry three. Jaylen Wells's free throw tied it at 106. Curry had 24. Rookie Yaxel Lendeborg, in his home debut, had 18 points, 13 rebounds and six assists, and the debut will be remembered for the ending more than the line. Memphis came from 12 down in the last 3:47 because Golden State simply stopped scoring.

Curry will make the next one. The film of this one is nine empty trips and a rookie-season jumper that did not miss.
